Faith

St. Maria Goretti High School has a vibrant, active faith community that is designed to promote Catholic Christian living among our students, faculty, and staff. The Campus Minister, supported by the Religious Studies Department, directs the program. Campus Ministry encourages student involvement and input in all aspects of the program, including retreats, liturgies, and community service.

St. Maria Goretti encourages all students to embrace prayer as an integral aspect of their daily lives. Each school day at Goretti begins and ends in prayer, and a prayer is said before lunch, to send our community into the day with a spirit of service and honor to God. We welcome students of all faiths.

Let us consider how to rouse one another to love and good works. We should not stay away from meeting together, as is the custom of some, but encourage one another, and this all the more as you see the Day drawing near – Hebrews 10:24-25
